MUSSINGTON PARTICIPATES IN ALL DAY INTERNATIONAL GOVERNANCE AND CYBERSECURITY MEETING
Dr. Mussington, Professor of the Practice and Director of the UMD Center for Public Policy and Private Enterprise is participating in an invitation only meeting coordinated by the Center for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) and the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Monday, March 6, 2017 at the Charles Hotel in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The meeting, “Next Steps for International Governance in Cyberspace,” seeks to facilitate interdisciplinary discussion on the evolving geopolitical context of cyberspace, seeking consensus on priorities for the governance community – in both issues – and venues where challenges might be addressed.
Dr. Mussington is a Senior Fellow at CIGI, whereas he is a recognized authority in global policy issues, with expertise linked to one or more of the organization's research programs: Global Economy, Global Security & Politics, and International Law. Through his research and analysis, aims to contribute to international governance policy innovations that improve the lives of people everywhere, by increasing prosperity and promoting a more secure world.
