Research Professor and Director of Research to Speak at Acquisition Research Symposium
William Lucyshyn, Research Professor and Director of Research at the Center for Public Policy and Private Enterprise, in the University of Maryland’s School of Public Policy, will speak at the 14th Annual Acquisition Research Symposium on April 26-27, 2017 in Monterey, California. The symposium is organized by the Acquisition Research Program at the Naval Postgraduate School to bring together diverse presentations of acquisition research.
Lucyshyn will participate in a panel on “Small Business in Defense Acquisition”, specifically discussing the impact of small business set-asides on acquisitions efficiency. He will also participate in a panel on the “Innovations in Sustainment”, focusing on the trends in performance-based acquisition.
